Plain-language privacy

Front Row Recruiter builds recruiting profile pages for volleyball players — many of them minors. Here's exactly what we collect and how we handle it.

What we collect

Only what you send us for the profile: the player's name, photo, stats, academics, club/school, a highlight video link, a coach's note, and a contact email. We ask for nothing else.

Athletes under 18

A parent or guardian reviews and approves the profile before it goes live. For a minor's contact, we publish coach emails rather than the athlete's direct info — no phone numbers, ever. You can ask us to take a page down at any time.

How we use it

Solely to build and host your profile page. We do not sell or share your information with anyone, and there are no ad trackers on this site.

Deleting your data

Email sales@smalloakprojectmgmt.com and we'll take the page down and delete what we hold, usually within a few days.
